We recently stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast for a few nights. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast, and a delicious cooked breakfast. The room was clean, bright, and had a comfortable bed. We were impressed by Matthew's attentiveness and his personal touch of addressing each guest by their first name at breakfast. The location was convenient, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and there were plenty of nearby attractions to visit. a great little place that we would highly recommend.

The room was lovely, clean, and had a nice balcony to sit out on. The breakfast was delivered to the room, which was very convenient and well-organized. The bed was comfy and the shower worked fabulously. we had a great stay.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this cozy B&B. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had plenty of storage space. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a great option for a full English breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was ideal, close to the pier and town center. We will definitely be returning soon!

Spent an amazing New Year at this bed and breakfast. The breakfast was great, with many options to choose from, and the fresh fruit was very enjoyable. , the staff was exceptional and provided lovely customer service. the location of the B&B was incredibly convenient.

I did not have any negative experiences during my stay. Everything seemed to be up to par, and it was difficult to find any faults.

The location was convenient, with amenities within walking distance and a children's amusement area and fortress just across the road. We enjoyed the convenience of having a park across the B&B, leading to the beach. The location was also ideal, with a short walk to the pier, where we could begin our sightseeing trip on the Eastbourne bus.
