The value for money at Crowne Plaza was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and had good amenities. The location right on the beach was perfect for a beach getaway, and the staff, including Miss Hila at the reception, were professional and friendly.

They went above and beyond to make our stay special, even providing wine and sweets in our room to celebrate our recent wedding. We also experienced a minor issue with noisy guests on our floor, but the staff quickly resolved the situation and even compensated us for the inconvenience. we had a positive experience at Crowne Plaza and would recommend it to others.

Almost perfect, the only issue we encountered was that the jacuzzi water in the spa area was a bit too hot for our preference.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the beach. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast options. Additionally, the staff was accommodating when I couldn't find my breakfast voucher.

The room I stayed in was in need of maintenance and attention, especially the first one. It was also inconvenient to have an automated minibar that couldn't accommodate personal items.

We all had a great stay at this hotel! The luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations. The private facilities were exclusive and relaxing. The location advantages were incredible, right on the beachfront with stunning views. The staff provided excellent service and the seasonal indoor pool and spa centre were the perfect escape from the bustling city.

Although our stay was exceptional, we did have one minor issue with the restaurant's in-room breakfast, which was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's high standards. However, this small setback did not detract from the overall magnificent experience.
