We recently stayed at Ramada in Yakima for two nights and it was a great experience. The staff was amazing and the 24 hr pool was a unique feature that we loved. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. The location was convenient, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. All of the staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were courteous and helpful.

Because I just love surprises, the room could have been cleaner and the fire alarm randomly going off was such a delightful experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near a Target, making shopping easy. there is a Bob's Burgers and Brew nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. The surrounding area feels safe, with the hotel staff being helpful in checking the surrounding area for bikes and even contacting the police. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate shower and toilet room. The breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The customer service could be improved.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. the check-in process was efficient and the front desk staff made us feel welcome. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions.

One downside was the neighborhood surrounding the hotel, which felt a bit sketchy. There were also some issues with the hotel's facilities, such as plumbing problems and a pool that was unavailable due to a nearby basketball tournament.

The accessible room was the best I've stayed in with great wheelchair-friendly bathroom facilities.

Felt like a home away from home with no reason to complain.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially Erica at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. They even fixed the TV for us and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still close to Target, Bob's Burgers and Brew, and other restaurants and shops.

Despite the ongoing remodeling, the noise was minimal and didn't bother us at all. The pool and spa area were also clean and maintained, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find as the signage could be improved. It took us some time to locate it, even with the help of Google Maps.
