Finding the entrance to the hotel may be a bit challenging, and guests may need to ask for assistance upon arrival.

This hotel truly provides a luxurious and upscale experience with its exceptional service and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre is a standout, with professional masseuses and a sauna that left me feeling completely relaxed. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are also top-notch, and the restaurant served a delicious in-room breakfast with special diet menus available.

The convoluted entrance and parking arrangement, which caused some confusion when using GPS. the hotel's reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in resolving the issue.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the view was great. The building is very Instagrammable. They provided a free local socket adaptor. There were 2 windows in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. As business guests, we were upgraded to the club level and enjoyed the convenience of having quick dinners. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. the check-in process was smooth and we were given a beautiful room with a great view. It was a nice touch to have a personalized welcome greeting on the TV. the free city tour we went on was fantastic and we even received a surprise birthday cake for my husband's special day. the hotel also provided free transportation to the beach, which was a fantastic way to spend our last day in Israel. the manager handled a small misunderstanding superbly, making our overall experience even more memorable. the room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a separate shower and bathtub. the location was convenient, with easy access to a shopping mall, Sarona, and the airport highway. the staff was also highly respectful and helpful, as they returned my lost iPad promptly. It was truly a lovely stay.

The breakfast was amazing with many delicious options. Loved the freshly squeezed juices. the location was great, close to a market and major streets. the shuttle to the beach was a nice perk.

The front desk service was poor, had to wait on hold for a long time and the staff had limited knowledge. the entrance was difficult to find and the windows in the room were dirty.

The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the elevators that offered great views of the city. The room was spacious and beautiful, with very comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing us to check in early after our flight arrived. The location was convenient, with the train station just a 15-minute walk away. We also loved being near the Sarona area, a new and nice place to explore and find places to eat.

There were occasional issues with the internal acoustics of the hotel, causing noise and vibrations when doors were closed on the same floor.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from Sarona and with indoor parking that offers a 50% discount. The staff provided excellent service when we had an issue with noise, promptly moving us to a quiet and comfortable room. The manager, Ella, even arranged a generous discount and complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience. The hotel's proximity to a mall, supermarket, and public transportation added to our enjoyable stay.
