I recently stayed at Hotel Saul for 10 nights and had a great experience. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The hotel offers complimentary beer and wine, perfect for those who enjoy a drink. The location is prime, close to the Carmel Market and Gazoz Beach. Our room was spotless and the included breakfast was tasty. The Gili Coffee House and Stefan Austrian Bakery nearby were also great. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-designed rooms and a cozy atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a bonus, perfect for enjoying drinks in the evening.

This hotel is a real gem! From the great location in a quiet street, to the attention to detail in the rooms, and the friendly staff, it's definitely worth staying here. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, including very comfortable beds and a balcony with a small garden. The breakfast at Shroitman coffee is also a must-try!

I had a wonderful stay at Saul. the staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, even in the middle of the night. the room was extremely clean and the hotel had a modern, hipster minimal design. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, yet still quiet. the amenities were of high quality, and I especially enjoyed the cafe on the ground floor with its delicious breakfast and great coffee. Saul provided a great experience, with friendly service and a thoughtful design.

We had a great time staying in this trendy hotel with its hipster industrial vibe. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling Carmel Market where we indulged in delicious street food and explored local treasures. The pristine room and average yet functional bathroom provided us with a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff made sure all our needs were met, and we were especially impressed with the lounge on the 4th floor, which offered a cozy spot to relax, have a drink, and get some work done.

There were some noise disturbances due to the poor sound isolation, which affected our sleep quality.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers an upgrade option for larger rooms. The wifi is fast and stable, making it great for remote work. There is a comfortable coworking space and a work desk in the room. The hotel is clean and stylish, with spacious and comfortable beds. There is even a nice cafe on the ground floor and a sundeck upstairs. Unlimited beer and wine and amazing free happy hours twice a week are a bonus.

When it comes to breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, like soft drinks and juice, available for non-drinkers.
