Great location, close to tram and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and excellent customer service. Nice to walk around the area at night.

As a young family, we loved the spacious rooms and convenient location. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The staff at Ibis were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. They offered great recommendations for restaurants and were always ready to assist with any logistical needs. We also appreciated the option of car service, making it easy to explore the city. Ibis Styles Jerusalem City Center provided a wonderful experience for our family.

We booked a stay at a hotel in Jerusalem that exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, surrounded by umpteen shops and just a short walk away from the Old City. The Jerusalem light rail station is very close, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We even had a beautiful view of the city from the breakfast restaurant. All in all, it was great value for money.

We were disappointed by the reception process, as the staff member we encountered was not very kind or patient.

The price was okay and the free breakfast was a bonus. the hotel was situated in a good spot, very close to public transport and just a short walk to some great restaurants. the beds were very comfortable and the room seemed fairly clean.

The location of Ibis Styles was excellent, just a short distance from the Old City. The tram stop was conveniently close, making it easy to explore other parts of Jerusalem. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Jerusalem.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The towels in my room were replaced even though I had hung them up as per the hotel's policy of reusing towels.

The location of Ibis Styles was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping area and close to everything. The rooms were clean and new, with very comfortable beds. Location perfect for exploring city. Friendly helpful staff, especially Zaid and Nirmeen at breakfast. Clean, small rooms but comfortable beds. Good wifi, free tea/coffee, and breakfast variety. Excellent tour guides available. Charming street view balcony.
