I had an amazing stay at this place! The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a private lanai featuring a BBQ and hot tub. The full kitchen was a great convenience, allowing me to cook my own meals. Additionally, the hotel's location outside of downtown Hilo provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always eager to help, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel's amenities were fantastic - from the well-stocked kitchen and bathroom to the private lanai and peaceful atmosphere. The air conditioning worked great and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were also exceptional, providing us with everything we needed for a hassle-free vacation.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The laundry room and cleaning supplies made it convenient to wash clothes during the trip. The room was close to the laundry room and they even had new washers and dryers. This was especially helpful for travellers with carry-on luggage who didn't have enough clean clothes. The room itself was clean and quiet at night. The location was great for visiting Volcano National Park and the area had beautiful surroundings.

We got great value for our money at Keaau Place. The room was spacious, well-organized, and had a good supply of kitchen utensils. The bathroom was well-stocked and everything was in working order. We also loved the comfortable and pleasant back verandah, despite the presence of the water cistern. The location was quiet and peaceful, a true getaway from the hustle and bustle. The amenities were superb, including the high-quality linen and silverware. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

For breakfast selection, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of options available.

Our stay at Keaau Place was absolutely amazing. We spent a few days exploring the southern and western parts of the Big Island and the location was perfect. The peaceful surroundings and sounds of nature made for a truly relaxing stay. The accommodations were great, with thoughtful amenities like soap powder, umbrellas, and an esky. The bed was comfy and the hot tub was a treat after long days of exploring. The facilities, including the laundry and BBQ, were top-notch. We couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which had everything we needed in perfect condition. From the BBQ to the hot tub, the amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, and even the large DVD collection and washing room, everything was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. Despite experiencing a hurricane during our stay, including a lack of running water and electricity, the gas BBQ and hot tub came in handy. the caretakers, Brandi and Dallas, were amazing and handled the situation with professionalism. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!

this stay at place was even better than our previous one in keaau. it had everything we needed and more, like a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi, and terrace. the location was convenient for exploring the island's attractions, and the hosts were amazing. we had an unforgettable time there.

The location of this place was perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The accommodation was well-appointed and had everything I needed, including little extras like soap powder, umbrellas, and sandwich bags. The bed was comfy and I loved falling asleep to the sounds of nature. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub, which was a treat after a long day of exploring. Plus, the fact that it had a private hot tub and BBQ-ing porch was a huge advantage.

While this place was great overall, I did miss having a gym. It would have been nice to have a place to work out, especially in the mornings.
