I stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a few steps away from the beach and the promenade. We spent Thanksgiving with family at a resort and overall we had a pretty good experience. the food was tasty and there were options for all tastes. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and being just a few steps away from the beach and shopping area was very convenient. We also liked the activity program for kids, which kept them busy and happy.

The rooms were a bit dated and lacked some amenities we expected. the staff was not always friendly and welcoming, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable at times.
