The pool villa was spacious, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The secluded beach had an intimate feel. The restaurant offered good food, although it was expensive compared to other options. The staff was kind and attentive, despite language barriers. The minibar and room service were acceptable in terms of pricing.

The location of the resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and quiet getaway. Away from the touristy areas, it provides a serene ambiance for relaxation. Additionally, there are shuttle bus services available to take guests to Chaweng and Nathon, allowing easy access to other restaurants outside the property and attractions on-and-around Koh Samui. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-maintained pools and lush tropical gardens to enjoy. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The communication barrier due to language differences sometimes made it frustrating to communicate with some staff members.

The hotel had great service from friendly staff, including Owen and Miss Beauty. the lunch was good and the massage price was fair.

The breakfast staff wasn't very friendly and breakfast didn't offer much variety. There wasn't much to do around the hotel and we had to rely on a shuttle to get anywhere outside of the resort.
