The night staff gave us an upgrade, but the room didn't meet expectations for the price. Family suite had a great view and balcony. Rooms were clean and spacious for a couple with 2 kids. Master bed was exceptional. Pool was quiet, staff friendly, and late check-out allowed. Base for exploring northern Israel. Wonderful views and great breakfast. Nice, modern setting.

The hotel had a nice gym with good equipment and a sauna, perfect for a quick workout. the outdoor pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like hiking trails and local markets.

The rooms were quite outdated and had a musty smell that was difficult to ignore. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, making it a challenge to stay connected.

The Kfar Giladi hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. The food at the buffet was surprisingly delicious and had a good variety. Although the room was slightly small and old-fashioned, it was clean and comfortable for our short stay.
