I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel's location was perfect, right by the Reloj Monumental in the heart of the city. The view from my room was breathtaking, definitely the best view I've ever had. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything was spotless. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The fact that the hotel had its own parking lot was a huge bonus, as it made it convenient for me to explore the city without worrying about finding parking.

We arrived at the hotel without a reservation and the receptionist went out of their way to help us. They were friendly, spoke English, and gave us great advice for exploring the city. The room we were shown had a nice view of the plaza and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff at the dining room were very welcoming. I recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

Located in the heart of the city, right in front of the famous clock. Super convenient for exploring downtown Pachuca. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They gave us great suggestions on things to do and even helped us navigate the busy holiday festivities happening around the hotel. the breakfast selection was delicious and satisfying, with a talented pianist playing each morning. the availability of internet and computers for guests to use was also a plus.

The only negative was that the bright lights from the outside restaurant tent shone into the dining area, making it a bit too bright. Additionally, the selection of red wine was a bit limited.
