We had a fantastic time at a beautiful cabin in a peaceful location. The reception staff warmly greeted us and provided helpful assistance throughout our stay. The cabin itself was renovated and stunning, surrounded by well-maintained gardens. The highlight was definitely the fresh bread and delicious assortment of cheeses, fruits, and salads served for breakfast. The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. The manager even contacted us to offer a refund and an alternative suite after a few minor issues with broken furniture and a dirty Jacuzzi. Despite these slight inconveniences, the staff handled the situation promptly and in a professional manner. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The TV and WiFi worked perfectly, and the air conditioning and heaters made our stay very comfortable. The bed was also great, providing a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, with beautifully maintained gardens and stunning views of the Golan Heights and Kinneret. Now, I must mention one specific situation that happened during our stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-fi in our suite was not working properly due to the placement of the router.
