Rabie and Thaer were great, providing helpful info for solo travelers. Clean room, A+ cleaning staff. Ideal location between new and old parts for exploring. Easy check-in, received door code via email. Comfortable bed, enjoyed our stay!

The location was great, close to the Old City and restaurants. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The staff was helpful in calling taxis and recommending restaurants. Air conditioning worked well.

This hotel is great value for money with very reasonable prices. The staff pays attention to detail and the basic amenities are exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is in a very good area, close to the old city and with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than okay.

On the positive side, the hotel's location in the center of Jerusalem provides easy access to both the historic center and the main commercial area. This makes it a convenient base for exploring the city's attractions and shopping districts.

It is unfortunate that the hotel is situated near a construction site, causing significant noise disturbance from early morning until late afternoon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Olive Heleni. The hotel is new and located in a great area that makes it easy to explore the city. Within walking distance, we found plenty of food options and were able to visit the old town as well. The staff was friendly, and the modern and quiet AC in our room made for a comfortable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Olive Heleni. The location was ideal, situated between the new and old parts of the city, making it a great base for exploring Jerusalem. The cleaning staff deserves a special mention as they kept the room spotless every day. Additionally, the outdoor terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy meals and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and good amenities.

Staff accommodated 2 beds per room. Convenient location near Jaffa Street and a short walk to the Old City. Good breakfast served in beautiful gardens at the Russian compound. Ample parking available at a reasonable price.
