Tru By Hilton in Memphis exceeds expectations with its new, clean facilities. the fitness center is well-equipped, and the complimentary breakfast is top-notch. Convenient parking adds to its appeal.

Noisy building, unsatisfactory floor cleanliness.

The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a fun lobby mural. the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and everything I needed.

Everything was superb.

I always return for weekends. First stay, staff helped with plug adaptors. Suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, fitness center. Flat-screen TV, board games, pets allowed. Air conditioning, no smoking. Great amenities make my stays hassle-free and enjoyable.

This hotel was fantastic for the price! The beds were super comfortable and the gym was great too. We especially loved the toppings they offered for the pancakes - yum! The staff were all really helpful and friendly, one of them even went out of their way to fix a technical issue we had with the TV.

We loved the convenient location, great for our road trip and visit to Elvis Presley's birth place museum. The lounge area with a pool table was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. It was also a relief to have our dog welcomed in our room and the lounge area. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a good location to explore the city, and it is near several restaurants. the breakfast had a good variety and was enough to start the day. the staff is friendly, and the woman who helped me at the front desk was excellent, very helpful and enthusiastic, showing pride in her job. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were secure.

While my overall experience was positive, there were some technical issues with the TV in the room, and I had to keep rebooting the box. I also noticed that the cleaning team did not do their job correctly one day, leaving a dirty floor.

The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with great lighting for work and relaxation. The common areas are impressive, with a pool table and well-equipped gym. The free breakfast is a cut above the rest and has a pancake maker, which will delight kids and adults alike.

The lack of a larger dedicated outdoor area for pets might disappoint some guests traveling with their furry friends.
