We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a small alley in the heart of the old city. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The location was absolutely perfect, right in front of the Tower of David and close to everything important in the city. The staff were very friendly, competent, and helpful. We didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location was exceptional, close to Jaffa Gate and with an upcoming roof terrace boasting an amazing view of the Old City. Despite its central location, our room was surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best of all, despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, prime location, and memorable stay experience.

De beste aspecten van ons verblijf waren de prachtige sfeer van het hotel en het mooie lichte interieur met planten. We werden ook erg enthousiast over de ontbijtruimte in de tuin en de kwaliteit van het ontbijt. Gelukkig waren de sanitaire voorzieningen prima en alles was schoon. Het hotel was super dicht bij het centrum van de stad en bij het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Amazing location! Just a stone's throw away from the historic attractions and within walking distance to everything. Loved the comfortable and cozy room, complete with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast spread was fantastic - a wide variety of fruits, veggies, meats, and bread to choose from, not to mention the option to have eggs made to order. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The noise at night can be a bit bothersome, but it's nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve. the night staff seemed a little inexperienced and struggled with fixing some issues we had.

The hotel has a beautiful roof terrace with a stunning view of the old town and the Dome of the Rock. The location is perfect, allowing us to easily explore the sights on foot. I stayed at the lovely New Imperial Hotel for my recent trip to Jerusalem. The staff was incredibly personal, kind, and helpful, and the hotel had a wonderful energy. The small details really made this hotel special, like when I felt unwell and the housekeeping attendant brought me medicine and a hot tea. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the Old City, right opposite Herod's palace. It's nice to get into the mood of the old town and be surrounded by history. The breakfast offered at the hotel is exceptional, with a wide variety of options, including fresh vegetable salads and Middle Eastern dishes. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
