We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a small alley in the heart of the old city. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The location was absolutely perfect, right in front of the Tower of David and close to everything important in the city. The staff were very friendly, competent, and helpful. We didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location was exceptional, close to Jaffa Gate and with an upcoming roof terrace boasting an amazing view of the Old City. Despite its central location, our room was surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the comfortable and cozy room, complete with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast spread was fantastic - a wide variety of fruits, veggies, meats, and bread to choose from, not to mention the option to have eggs made to order. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The noise at night can be a bit bothersome, but it's nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve. the night staff seemed a little inexperienced and struggled with fixing some issues we had.

I stayed at the lovely New Imperial Hotel for my recent trip to Jerusalem. The staff was incredibly personal, kind, and helpful, and the hotel had a wonderful energy. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the Old City, right opposite Herod's palace. It's nice to get into the mood of the old town and be surrounded by history. The breakfast offered at the hotel is exceptional, with a wide variety of options, including fresh vegetable salads and Middle Eastern dishes. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
