During my Christmas vacation, I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and fruit basket in my room. The hotel was conveniently located near the port and many restaurants and shops. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious.

I was disappointed that the staff was not accommodating to my request to reduce my stay by one night and that I was not allowed to park my rental car in the hotel garage.

Guests can enjoy the view of the city skyline from certain rooms, adding to the overall appeal of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff at reception, the restaurant, and the cleaning staff. They even provided useful advice on public transport, something that is not common in many hotels around the world. The location on Hayarkon street was perfect, with easy access to public transport and attractions like Yarkon Park. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV, and a sink. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities.
