The spacious and clean rooms offered a quiet environment for both work and relaxation. Additional requests were well addressed, and the location was conveniently within walking distance of the market and main street. it was a great value for money and I would choose to stay here again.

Incredible stay during New Year's with complementary amenities and activities. The hotel offered a delightful breakfast brought to the room and a guided walking tour of the city, making our stay enjoyable. The heated swimming pool was a huge plus and the spa facilities were top-notch. the room amenities and sleep quality were great, and the big balcony was a nice touch.

The noise from a party in the restaurant was a bit disturbing and caused some difficulty sleeping. The buffet restaurant can get busy and require some waiting time.

We also loved the pool and spa facilities, which were a great way to relax after exploring the city. it was one of the best hotels we have stayed at and we would definitely visit again.

The only downside was that we could sometimes hear noises from the lobby in our room, but it was only during the day and not too loud. Additionally, the pool had a bit too much chlorine, which made my eyes a bit sore after swimming underwater.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. The food is absolutely amazing with a wonderful variety of options. The Zaafran restaurant in the hotel is excellent. The service is above and beyond and the hotel offers great value for money.
