Our stay at Roza Apartment was fantastic. The room was small but had everything we needed, including an en suite bathroom. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with a washing machine and a coffee machine that we happily used. Despite its central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The host was quick to respond to our questions and was accommodating about our check-in and storing our luggage after check-out.

Great location in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The apartment is newly renovated and the common area is very clean and tidy. The spacious rooms have air conditioning, making it comfortable for guests. Plenty of information provided about the area.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made our romantic escape even more enjoyable. The ensuite bathroom was a bonus and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the coffee provided, it was a nice touch to start our mornings.

One thing we didn't like was the strange smell in the room when we first arrived. However, the host quickly took care of it and even provided us with breakfast vouchers as an apology for the inconvenience.

Stayed at this apartment with free WiFi, and ended up sharing all common areas with one other guest. The location was nice and not too touristy, but still had plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around.

No curtains, so the plants outside the window did a great job of keeping my room dark. but who needs privacy, right?

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was situated close to a variety of restaurants and shops, making it convenient for exploring and dining out. The hotel was also clean and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a great feature, providing ample space for relaxation. the well-equipped kitchen in the room was a bonus, allowing for convenient self-catering.

One aspect that could be improved was the noise from the street, as it was sometimes disruptive. Although closing the windows helped to reduce the noise, it would have been preferable to have a quieter environment.

The spacious room had a life-saving air conditioner and was impeccably clean. a 10/10 experience with convenient amenities like Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a shared kitchen. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Roza, loved the shared lounge because who doesn't like sharing personal space with strangers? And the free WiFi was a real treat.

Oh, how I missed room service! No one came to pick up my garbage for three whole nights.

The beach was just a short walk away, and there were buses right outside the door. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying at Roza Apartments in Tel Aviv.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable, like a luxurious 5-star hotel bed. I had the best sleep ever here! The minimal design of the room gave it a beautiful and stylish feel. The living room and kitchen area were spotless and had a great ambiance. It was like having the whole apartment to myself. The extra bathroom in the living room was a plus, especially when having guests. The location was in a more upscale area with beautiful streets, local restaurants, and shops. It was a short bus ride to the beach, which was perfect. The central air kept the apartment cool, although the temperature couldn't be controlled. the best price-quality choice in this area!
