The hotel had great service and a knowledgeable team. the executive lounge had a variety of food and drinks, and the staff was very accommodating. the location was convenient and close to the beach.

The elevator system was inefficient and caused long wait times. Breakfast was chaotic and the staff seemed unorganized.
