They were always available and went out of their way to address our needs and questions about the city. The hotel itself was cozy and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable amenities. We particularly enjoyed the unique art collection and charming decor. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby stores. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Tzefania to others.

We had a great stay at the Tzefania Hotel. the staff, especially Asaf, made us feel very welcomed. the hotel's location in the orthodox neighborhood of Geula was fascinating, and we enjoyed experiencing the local culture. the hotel itself was full of charming antiques and had a lovely bohemian feel. Our room was clean and comfortable, with daily towel changes and room cleaning. We also appreciated the convenient kitchenette for making tea and coffee. the hotel's proximity to the city center and the Old City, as well as the Mehane Yehuda Market, made it easy for us to explore the area.

Very small and cramped bathroom without shelving. Inconvenient layout and lack of flat surfaces.
