The location was perfect, offering a peaceful vibe without being too far from the city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. Although this hotel was almost perfect, there was only one minor issue we encountered. the Leisure/ TV room could be improved with more modern amenities to match the high standards of the other facilities provided.

Over Christmas, we stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location, set in stunning gardens and with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Hand sanitizers were conveniently placed around the hotel to ensure good hygiene practices. the lady in charge of the hotel is always smiling despite being extremely busy and the room was spotlessly clean. the breakfast offered was top quality with the best ingredients.

we did have a bit of a problem with flying ants in the room, but the hotel staff responded quickly to the issue and sorted it out efficiently.
