We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, as it was in the heart of the bustling Palestinian neighborhood. Being so close to the Old City and the sites we wanted to see made our stay very convenient. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and made us feel at home.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dusty carpets and marks on the walls.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in a convenient location near the Old City. the staff at Victoria were kind and helpful, from the desk managers to the room maid. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. I appreciated the consideration shown to us, like allowing us to have early breakfasts so we wouldn't miss services.
