I recently stayed at a hotel near the center of a charming town in Cambridgeshire, UK. The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk from the town center and directly in front of a stunning cathedral. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious free-standing bath in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were taken care of. The breakfast provided was excellent, and I enjoyed the sumptuous bar area as well. the location and room were definite highlights of my stay.

The parking arrangements at the hotel were a bit confusing and could have been better explained.

The staff were incredible, very cheerful and willing to assist. the location was good for us as we wanted to be away from the city, and it was a short train ride from a popular nearby city. the hotel building was spacious and beautifully renovated, with lovely furnishings and fittings. the view from our room was superlative, and the bed was very comfortable. the whole establishment was well kept and spotlessly clean. the snacks and drinks in the room were a nice touch.

The lack of parking was a nuisance. There were a few small issues with dust and scuff marks in the paint, but nothing serious.
