I recently stayed at 3749 Pontechiodo Bed & Breakfast for a few days and had a fantastic time. The hotel is conveniently located in a less touristy area, allowing for a more authentic experience of Venice. It's within walking distance of all the main attractions and easily accessible from the airport. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need. The host, Mattia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing us with great recommendations. The hotel has a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy a drink, adding to its charm. it was a pleasant and family-friendly place to stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was impressive, from the lovely antique furniture in the rooms to the well-maintained garden where breakfast was served. Secondly, the location was perfect - on a quiet street/canal but close to some fantastic restaurants. I loved the fact that I had a room with a view of the canal, it really added to the charm of the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh cheese, ham, bread.

Nothing could have been better, all was perfect.

Stairs were steep.

We had a wonderful stay at a picturesque and quiet bed & breakfast. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the lovely garden. The location was great, with easy access to transport and local bars and restaurants. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in a beautiful city.

The guest house is located in a quiet area, away from the tourist hotspots, but still within easy walking distance to all the attractions. You can enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings after a long day of exploring. The rooms have beautiful views overlooking the canal and the historic Bridge of Nails. The owner is extremely helpful and provides insightful recommendations for museums and restaurants.

We wished we could have extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much.

We stayed in a charming guesthouse that was nestled in a peaceful area, yet still close enough to reach the bustling streets with ease. the room was cozy and clean, but what we enjoyed the most was the stunning view from our window. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, and the cappuccino in the garden was a great way to start our day.

It's hard to find any negatives about this lovely place. Everything was fabulous, and the staff member was extremely helpful with his recommendations and knowledge of the area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming guesthouse in Venice. Situated away from the more crowded and touristy Piazza San Marco area, the location was perfect for us. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of a canal and was clean and comfortable. The owner, Mattia, provided excellent service and gave us detailed recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The continental breakfast served in the garden was a lovely way to start each day.

One aspect to be aware of is that the area can be quite noisy at night, which may be bothersome for some guests.
