Some minor drawbacks were the unpersonable desk clerk, small toiletry portions, and lack of soundproofing in the hallways. However, the staff exceeded expectations, providing exceptional service with a room upgrade and early check-in for our off-roading adventure. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in an ideal location. Everyone we encountered was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and we felt safe throughout our stay. Despite some minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive and enjoyable.

The room was spacious and comfy for my family, with a nice balcony to watch the river flow, and after a bit of a tough first night, the beds ended up being pretty cozy. The property was quite clean and the staff were all super friendly and helpful, making it a chill and relaxed atmosphere. The only little downside was the parking in the back, but hey, at least the elevator went straight down to the garage! 🌊

I was shocked when they told me I can fish behind the hotel – had a blast! The cozy lobby with the fireplace was my favorite spot. The free breakfast was great, filled me up for the day. the river view from my balcony -- breathtaking. The Wi-Fi was smooth. Don’t be surprised if you find me here again!
