We loved the location of this hotel, it was right near the center of town and close to the Abano promenade. The quaint atmosphere made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities including the pools were fantastic. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. However, what really made our stay special was the staff. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

Some staff members had difficulty speaking English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
