My stay at Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach/Oceanfront was truly enjoyable. The room provided to me was of great size, equipped with comfortable amenities, and had a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The outdoor pool with 4 waterfalls was definitely a highlight, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

While the hotel has done an excellent job of abiding by the restrictions, my biggest concern is the amount of styrofoam and plastic being used and therefore the affects on our environment when those products need to be disposed of.

Our family trip to Jacksonville Beach was made even more memorable by our stay at this hotel. The convenient location near the local shops, fantastic dining options, and the exciting golf courses added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. The beachfront setting provided endless opportunities for leisure, making it a perfect spot for families with children to unwind and create lasting memories together.

My children wished for more interactive activities for kids to enjoy, such as a dedicated play area or organized games.

The room was impeccably cleaned and had a stunning beach view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable. The pool with cascades was a delight.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people with more shaded seating options by the pool area.

Great view of the ocean from the room and convenient location near the beach. Enjoyed the 24-hour coffee station for a warm cup of joe. the breakfast bar had a good selection of fresh and hot food.

Night shift desk clerks were snappy and lacked people skills. Maid service was late in the day, which was a bit inconvenient.

My friends and I had an epic time at Jax Beach, hitting up the rad local shops, chowing down at the awesome dining spots, and having a blast golfing. The location was totally perfect for our group gathering, and we had a blast checking out the beach and all the sick activities around!

It would've been even more lit if the hotel organized some cool beachfront bonfires for us young party-loving peeps.

The prices at this hotel are extremely reasonable, especially considering the amenities provided. Not only do the rooms have balconies overlooking the pool and ocean, but the basic amenities such as the bathroom and bed are well-maintained and comfortable. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast, with its wide variety of choices including proteins and beverages, is definitely one of the best I've experienced at a hotel.

The only area that could be improved upon is the on-site restaurant. Based on the reviews, it seems that there were some issues with the staff and service.

Great ocean access, easy access from road, free parking, cool pool with waterfalls, clean rooms. The pool was awesome; it was nice not to have to climb stairs to reach the beach.you just walked straight out. The room was very nice. Didn't eat breakfast every day, but it was good when I did.

Felt like family, no reason to complain.
