My recent stay at a hotel in Venice was fantastic. the location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and the cruise terminal. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially during an issue with my payment. They resolved it promptly and were always courteous. the hotel itself had a great ambiance and the showers were amazing. they were accommodating with vegan food options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice.

The hotel is strategically located close to various transportation options, including buses that go to different airports, the main vaporetti station, the train station, and vaporetto stations if you prefer taking water transport. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was right by the bus terminal, so I didn't have to worry about lugging my luggage over steps or bridges. Plus, there were cool shops nearby to explore before heading to the main square. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The selection was great, and everything was delicious. It was a bit expensive, but the quality of the food made it worth it. I had a wonderful experience at Ac Hotel Venezia. I highly recommend it for its convenient location, cleanliness, modern design, and friendly staff.

The location was unbeatable, right next to the bus terminal and just a short walk from the train station. It made it so easy to explore the city and get around. the staff were incredibly helpful and even offered me a place to relax when I missed my flight. the hotel itself was beautiful, with high-quality facilities and stylish decor. the room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including an iron and ironing board. I loved being able to explore the Santa Croce neighborhood, as well as take the water bus to the San Marco area. I highly recommend this hotel and I can't wait to come back.

We had a great experience at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the train station, vaporetto, and airport bus. While the immediate area may not be the prettiest, a short walk across the bridge brings you to a more charming atmosphere. the hotel itself was wonderful - clean, comfortable, and with a pleasant scent. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us advice on getting around. the room was beautifully designed, with all the amenities you would expect from a higher star hotel.

This hotel is very convenient to the vaporetta and train stations, making it easy to explore the many streets and sights of this beautiful city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit, with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the WiFi and air conditioning work perfectly. Plus, the hotel is located near several restaurants, which is great if you're looking to grab a bite to eat after a long day of exploring. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

The hotel had really great complementary items like water and paper cups, which was perfect for us to take with us when we explored the city. the location was superb, right in front of the bus station, making transportation incredibly easy. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was soundproof, which made it easy to relax without any bothersome noise.

We were charged an additional tax at the end, which was not included in the prepaid amount and was a bit inconvenient. the immediate surrounding area of the hotel wasn't the prettiest, but it was easy enough to walk across a bridge and find more charming spots.

The location is simply perfect. It is close to EVERYTHING, just in front of the station. You can easily explore the city as it is near the train station of Venice. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is decent and the staff is helpful and efficient. Plus, there are many nearby restaurants, making dining options convenient.

The exterior presentation of the hotel could use some improvement.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to everything. It was right beside the People Mover to get to the cruise terminal, and also close to the central train station and main transportation hubs.
