I stayed at Hotel Berna for a few nights during my trip to Florence. The hotel's location near the train station was perfect for my travel needs. It was just a short walk to the must-see sights like the Duomo. Despite being close to the station, the hotel felt safe. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Nadia who went above and beyond to help me with my luggage. The room, although not luxurious, was comfortable and had everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent and made me feel at home. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

For the price we paid, Hotel Berna provided excellent value. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and catch our transportation to other destinations. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for things to do and see in the area.

One downside was that the receptionist had limited hours, which wasn't mentioned on the website. This meant that we had to pay a late check-in fee when we arrived after 8pm.

We booked this hotel last minute and were blown away by how affordable and nice it was. The location was great, with a five-minute walk to the train, Duomo, and Academia Gallery. The staff was excellent, providing detailed communication and even sending photos of the place. We will definitely be back and recommending to our friends.
