Great Experience. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to reach with luggage. the room was well-furnished with modern bathrooms and we even had a private balcony. the staff was very helpful, assisting us with tour tickets and printing train schedules. the hotel's close proximity to the city center allowed us to easily explore all the attractions on foot. the breakfast with hot choices was a great way to start the day.

Okay. There were quite a lot of mosquitos in the hotel, which was a bit bothersome. the service at breakfast was poor, with dirty cups and slow replenishment of food.

We loved the warm and welcoming ambiance of the hotel, along with the excellent breakfast and facilities. Our room was not only affordable but also had a beautiful balcony to enjoy the Tuscan sky.

the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. I encountered hair on the walls of the bathtub, which remained even after three days.
