The complimentary bath robes and umbrella were nice touches, and the free drinks and buffet reception every evening was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast had a good variety and even had dairy-free milk options, and having a Nespresso machine in the room was a wow factor. The happy hour drinks were an added bonus, and the hotel provided little extras like umbrellas. Exceeded our expectations!

Great location in the heart of the city. the hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of options and they even had dairy-free milk available most days. the hotel also had charging stations for electric vehicles, which was a big plus for us.

The complimentary reception in the evenings lacked variety and the pool and exercise area were closed for maintenance during our stay, which was disappointing. We also experienced some issues with our room reservation, which caused some inconvenience and delays in getting settled.

Very comfortable and spacious room. The bathroom was beautiful with an extra large walk-in shower with great temperature control and water pressure. The one bedroom suite rooms are very large and spacious. The location near DuPont Circle is ideal for those who are diligent about what they wish to see in this mecca of tourist city. The amenities at The District are incredible, including a full breakfast array and a free bar in the evening. The front desk staff went above and beyond to create a handmade card for my son and sent it up to our room with a decadent dessert. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location , conveniently located near popular attractions and public transportation. Clean and modern rooms , sleek furniture, comfortable bedding, and large walk, in showers. Excellent breakfast , wide variety of options, made, to, order omelette station, and fresh fruit.

Soft beds , some guests may find them too soft and lacking support. Expensive parking fees , $55 per day can add up quickly, but street parking is available as an alternative option.
