I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel facilities, particularly the luxury spa, were top-notch. The indoor and outdoor pools offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, making my stay even more comfortable. The location of this hotel was excellent as well, right in the center of town and close to the ski areas. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious with a wide range of food options made from fresh ingredients.

The massage treatments at the spa were not up to par, leaving something to be desired in terms of relaxation and rejuvenation after a day on the slopes.

The room decor is a bit outdated and could be modernized to bring it up to the standard of other luxury hotels in the area. the outdoor pool was a little too cold for our liking, but it might be better in the summertime.

Fantastic hotel with a great location for the slopes. The ski rooms are convenient and the hotel team is helpful. The 5-course dinner is amazing, almost Michelin standard food. Spa and pools are first class for relaxation after skiing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Extraordinary place with high-level food. Relax room with fire, hot tub, and pool provide great outside views. Easy access to slopes, located in the center for a quick walk. Expensive, but the staff is kind, helpful, and professional.

Had an amazing Easter break at this hidden gem! Absolutely loved the excellent rooms in Vital Residenz, the delicious food with a vast choice in the restaurant, and the outstanding service provided by the staff. the pools and saunas were top-notch, and we enjoyed the free hikes and bike rides organized by the hotel. Easy access to nearby villages was a bonus. Great value for money!

One drawback we experienced was the constant interruptions from mobile phones of some guests, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere and enjoyment of the excellent food. Additionally, if you're planning on eating late, the staff may begin preparing tables for the next day, which can be loud and disruptive.

This venue is a luxurious place that provided me exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, solarium. the service was outstanding, and the staff was always helpful in meeting my needs. the garden area was well maintained and perfect for relaxing.

The restaurant served delicious food with a large selection of special diet menus. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was the limited entertainment options with no live entertainment available.

Spent xmas at a 5-star hotel in Ortisei and it was a great experience. the rooms were spacious with great bathrooms and a view of the beautiful surroundings. the hotel was situated in the center of town, making it convenient to explore and just a short walk to the gondola. the spa area was expansive with both indoor and outdoor heated pools, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.

The staff was not as welcoming as I expected from a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the breakfast omelets were consistently overcooked and the afternoon snack was light and lacked variety.
