The room had a spacious layout with a beautiful river view and comfortable beds. The presence of a fireplace added to the cozy ambiance. The toiletries provided were noteworthy. The staff were attentive and helpful. To celebrate our anniversary, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and a selection of cakes. The room was also tastefully decorated upon our arrival.

Felt extremely welcome, no complaints at all.

We loved staying here! The location was amazing - right by the river and on the train tracks, and the bus station to Machu Picchu was just a short walk away. We also loved the great service - the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic - everything was perfectly clean and we loved the in-room safe, soundproofed walls, and flat-screen TV. The dining options were also great, with an amazing restaurant and tasty breakfast. Plus, the leisure facilities like the spa and jacuzzi were such a treat.

Highly recommend this place!

Our room had a beautiful view of the river and mountains. The jetted tub was the perfect way to end our long days. The hotel is ideally located. We were just a couple of minutes' walk from the bus station and had access to excellent dining and shopping options.

The shower took a long time to heat up, which resulted in a lot of water waste. The towels were counted, so we had to request extra.

Excellent buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms with comfy beds. Fireplace available upon request. Dreamy bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Luxurious amenities included. Perfect location near the train station and river.

We had an amazing stay at a charming boutique hotel in Aguas Calientes. The room was lovely, spacious, and even had a cozy fireplace. The bathroom had a shower and a hot tub, which was a nice touch. The staff surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary, making us feel really special. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the bus and train stations. we had a comfortable and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
