Very professional staff, great entertainment for children, amazing and toddler-safe swimming pools, good coffee, well-maintained grounds.

I had such an amazing time at this place! The staff here are incredibly supportive and responsive. They even allowed me a late check out because my baby was sleeping. The dedicated barbeque for each house was a great feature, and my little one loved the playground. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff's service was exceptional. I was impressed with the quality services provided here.

The entertainment activities during my New Year's stay were amazing. the staff organized day and night events that kept both adults and children engaged. It was great to have access to a well-maintained swimming pool even during the cold weather. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants.

The WiFi signal was weak and I could only use it in the common areas. Another downside was that the breakfast was not included in the room rate and had to be purchased separately.
