We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel situated in a quiet area of Saigon. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the shops down the road with children. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the river and city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the floating patio. a wonderful experience in a peaceful setting.

The outdated facilities in the hotel apartment, such as the old shower curtain and malfunctioning dishwasher.

Spent my Xmas at this amazing hotel and had an incredible experience. the apartment was spacious and cozy, with a stunning view. the staff was so friendly and welcoming, they even provided a to-go breakfast box since I was leaving early. the boat and bus shuttle service provided by the hotel made it really easy to explore the city.

On the other hand, the hotel's location was a bit far from the center, which meant I had to depend on the shuttle service more than I thought. my experience was great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

the exclusive amenities provided fulfilled our every need. the Spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and sun terrace were all fantastic features. We particularly enjoyed the Spa lounge and the outdoor swimming pool which were very relaxing. the room advantages were great with special diet menus and BBQ facilities available and the restaurant served amazing food.

The only negative aspect was the limited options for breakfast which included limited choices for vegetarians. the in-room breakfast was a great alternative to the breakfast served at the restaurant and the staff were very accommodating.
