The hotel was in a mind-blowing location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still easily accessible. The rooms, although small, were super clean and had all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The breakfast was jaw-dropping, with warm croissants that we still dream about. We appreciated the free wi-fi and the luggage storage, as well as the option to have breakfast in our room. The bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff was friendly and even offered us a welcome drink upon arrival. We also liked that the hotel allowed pets and had air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future!

The hotel is right at a vaporetto stop but on a hidden street away from any city noise or crowds. The location as a whole is great, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance of major sites. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

As a disabled guest, I found the staff at the hotel to be very kind and helpful. They provided useful information about parking and guided tours, making my stay more convenient. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The stunning view from our room added to the overall experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Venice.

The AC in the room was not powerful enough for its size, making it slightly uncomfortable during warmer days. Additionally, the shower head lacked a hook, which meant having to hold it while showering.

Convenient amenities like a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Helpful staff went above and beyond to assist with a lost suitcase. Memorable Venetian experience during high tides.
