I had a late arrival, but to my surprise, the owner of Bes Hotel Papa went out of her way to find me a nearby open restaurant to satisfy my hunger. The meal turned out to be delicious! The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing, with easy access to the chosen resort. The town itself is charming, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers a simple yet plentiful breakfast and their home-cooked evening meals are absolutely tasty. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in San Pellegrino Terme.

Absolutely nothing.

They were always ready to help us with any queries that we had. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day.

The bathroom was old and tired, and the shower was very small and leaking water onto the floor. the radiators could not be turned off and we had to endure a restless night because of the heat.
