During our stay, we discovered some hidden gems at this hotel. The location is great, with a beautiful cocktail bar at the restaurant entrance, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We also loved the fact that there are several places within the hotel where you can enjoy a drink whilst admiring the view of the nearby canal. The room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The gym is old and in need of repair, which affected our workout experience.

the staff at Mercure were friendly, always with a smile on their faces. the rooms were spacious and clean, and I had easy access to all areas of the hotel. the gym and spa facilities were well-equipped, and the food at the hotel was delicious. the breakfast options were hot and varied, and the bar was well-stocked. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gestures from the receptionist, making my stay even more memorable. one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel in Manchester for a couple of nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bar was open 24 hours, which was a bonus as I arrived after midnight. The blackout curtains and subtle lighting in the room made for a great night's sleep - I woke up at 9am thinking it was still the middle of the night. The hotel had a classic design and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The spa was spacious, clean, and had a nice atmosphere. my stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by green belt areas which provided a breath of fresh air between the bustling towns. The staff here were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. From the friendly reception desk to the warm and attentive bar staff, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of.

The hotel was conveniently located near major routes, with beautiful views of the countryside and a peaceful canal nearby. The pool and spa were a great addition, offering relaxation at a reasonable price. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bathrooms were excellent, with a refreshing shower. Despite multiple events happening, the hotel was always kept clean and tidy by the morning.

I must say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was nice and cozy, and the facilities like the spa, pool, and gym were an added bonus. The location worked well for me, as it was cheaper than staying in Manchester City and the money I saved covered my Uber trips. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. The facilities, including the fitness spa area and pool, were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and served by polite staff. The executive suites were spacious and well-presented. The bedding was soft and the sleep quality was great.

During my Christmas break at this hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and quiet rooms, which were nicely refurbished and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the staff were friendly and always willing to help, with Carol and Lucy standing out for their exceptional service. the location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the room amenities such as the iron and ironing board, bottles of water, and biscuits were a nice touch.

the breakfast buffet could have been better stocked, as they had run out of pastries, brown bread, and melon when we arrived. the restaurant's food quality was poor, leaving much to be desired.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The facilities, especially the indoor pool and spa, were excellent. The staff, including Bruno in the Pickwick Bar and the woman at the reception desk, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to parking and transportation options. On Sunday March 3rd, we enjoyed a delicious vegetarian meal for dinner, and the breakfast provided by the hotel was great.
