We loved our stay at Albergo Reggio! The location was outstanding, allowing us to explore all the points of interest within a few steps. The receptionist was kind and professional, making us feel welcomed. The atmosphere in the historical building was charming, and we were fortunate to have a room there. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of savory dishes and delicious homemade cakes.

We felt immediately at home during our stay at Albergo Reggio, and there was no reason for us to complain.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, right in the pedestrian zone. It's a perfect location for exploring the cathedral and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the main street. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, they made us feel welcome and their language skills were impressive. They effortlessly switched between Italian and English, ensuring clear communication. The rooms at this hotel are well-appointed and quiet. We had a room overlooking a covered loggia, which protected us from any noise from the street or nearby restaurants. It was a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring.

We stayed at a hotel right in the historic center of a nice city. The location was amazing, as we were just a few steps away from the cathedral, many restaurants, and the main street. The room was clean and fresh, with spacious comfort. The staff at the reception was very helpful and even assisted us with our luggage. The hotel had a lift, making it convenient for us to move around.

One minor issue was that one day the housekeeper didn't clean the room properly and there was a false charge on the minibar account for a water bottle that we had bought from outside. However, the reception immediately addressed the issue and removed the charge upon checkout.

The hotel had a perfect location for our city trip, right in the middle of everything. One of the best things about it was that it was incredibly quiet despite being in the heart of the city. the bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies. the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a bit confusing to find at first, and we had to ask for directions twice. It would have been helpful if the check-in location was more clearly indicated.
