We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Ponta Grossa with excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff, especially Amelia at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Well located hotel, close to the mall and shops, with easy access from the airport. Great breakfast buffet with fresh smoothies and juices, a variety of food that fits to different tastes and cultures. the internet connection is fast and reliable, perfect for business travelers.

The room was obviously not clean, with stains on the sheets and curtains, which gave a bad impression from the start. the air conditioning was too noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.
