I had a fantastic experience staying at Alloggi Barbaria. the manager, Fausto, was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. the hotel's location is perfect, just around the corner from the Ospedale boat station. I loved the quiet, ancient street of Calle Capuccino, and it was only a 15-minute walk to St Mark's Square. the hotel has a charming, old-fashioned feel with regular locks instead of electronic card entry. the AC worked well, and I enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the rooftops of Venice. it was a perfect hotel for my short stay and excellent value for money.

I had to change rooms during my stay, but the staff at Alloggi Barbaria made it a seamless process and ensured that my request for good wifi connectivity was met. The neighborhood was quiet yet convenient, with easy access to all the tourist attractions. The orthopedic mattress and pillows provided a very comfortable sleep experience. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to a department store made it convenient to find everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and value for money.

Easy airport access, thanks to helpful YouTube video. Convenient location near ferry stop, allowing for easy exploration of major landmarks. Clean and comfortable rooms with wide beds. Reasonable price with friendly owners. Good breakfast options.

For the price we paid, Alloggi Barbaria was a great value. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - just a short stroll to all the important sights of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Fantastic location close to vaporetto stop and walking distance to St. Mark's Square; jaw-droppingly friendly staff; super spacious room for a couple or even a family with two kids; mind-blowingly clean; free wi-fi, luggage storage, electric kettle, and breakfast; pets allowed; air conditioning; no smoking. Can't wait to book again!

Awesome staff! Super nice and helpful. The location is great, very convenient for exploring the city. , the room was spacious and cozy, with lots of warmers and AC to keep us comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit small for our liking. It didn't quite meet our expectations, so we ended up needing something extra to go with it.

The owners were fantastic and very friendly, offering us assistance with anything we needed. The hotel is easy to get to and within walking distance of major attractions. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot. The owners even checked in on us with a text message to ensure we were okay and not lost.

Felt at home instantly, no complaints whatsoever.
