I had a fantastic experience at the resort with its spacious rooms and stunning sea views. the staff were highly trained and always ready to assist, but never intrusive. the breakfast was excellent and the chef at Mediterra made dinner a truly unforgettable experience. the spa facilities were top-notch and even though I'm not usually a fan of spas, I found myself spending hours there every day. the beach was clean and spacious, with towels provided by the hotel. the location was also convenient, with a shopping street just around the corner. the hotel even provided free beach slippers, a beach bag, and a bike for three hours. the WiFi was reliable and didn't require a password. it was a perfect stay, and I especially want to thank the staff at the restaurant for their exceptional service.

We spent our New Year holidays in this hotel, and we must say that the staff was exceptional. They provided us with detailed information and helped us organize an amazing event. the food offered was delightful, and we enjoyed having meals in the restaurant. We also loved the location of the hotel, which provided easy access to nearby attractions. we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and its amenities.

As we were checking out, we noticed an overcharge on our bill. the receptionist was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in understanding our situation.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury! the exclusive amenities, attentive staff, and breathtaking beach access left us feeling indulged and pampered. the Spa & wellness centre offered an array of services, from body scrubs to full-body massages, and the outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. the picturesque sun terrace was our favorite spot for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful garden area.
