Great 5-star experience, from the hotel architecture to the exceptional restaurant service. Staff anticipated my gluten-free needs without asking. Convenient ski bus access and amazing spa area. Wonderful holiday, thank you!

I was amazed by the beautiful design of Ciampedie Luxury Alpine Spa. The view of the mountains from my room was truly breathtaking. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the valley and the town. I also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby.

We enjoyed our luxurious stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the spa and wellness amenities were exceptional. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all superb. We indulged in a full body massage and body scrub, while the spa lounge provided ultimate relaxation. The restaurant served excellent food, and the private facilities in the room were exclusive and catered to our needs. Even the location offered stunning views of the mountains.

Our only minor issue was that there was no separate area for dogs in the restaurant. However, the staff was still accommodating and helped us find a dog sitter for the time we were away skiing.

Spent Easter at a mountain resort and it was amazing! We loved the modernity of the hotel and the large spa. The staff was super friendly and even upgraded our room to one with a panoramic view. The rooms were spotless and the half-board dinner was exquisite. The ski bus was conveniently located close to the hotel.

Smoking was allowed on the balconies, and the smoke often drifted into our non-smoking room. we found it inconvenient to not be able to choose our breakfast table.

The hotel design and mountain view were great. Convenient location near the valley and supermarket. 5-star experience with exceptional restaurant service. Gluten-free diet well catered for. Amazing spa area. Friendly and helpful staff.
