We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The location in a quiet area, just a short bus or train journey from the centre of Sorrento, was ideal for us. We appreciated the peaceful surroundings and found it easy to explore the city from this convenient spot. The hotel's lush gardens offered a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

Clean and spacious room, with a lovely terrace. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful grounds with citrus trees. Enjoyed tasty pizza at the restaurant. Easy access to the railway station.

The staff were helpful and polite, providing good service. the breakfast had a good selection, including options for gluten-free eaters. the hotel was conveniently located near a train station and Italian restaurants.

Some of the food was tasteless and there was little variation in the dessert options. Noise from the busy street outside made it difficult to sleep in some rooms.

Food excellent, friendly staff, clean room, perfect housekeeping. Great location near city center with variety of breakfast options. Beautifully renovated Junior Suite with spacious rooms and great bathrooms. Friendly and central location with lovely pool area.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. the pool area was well-maintained and had a reasonably priced bar, perfect for lounging and enjoying the sun. We also loved the relaxing garden area, it was a great place to unwind in the afternoons.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the town center, requiring a 25-minute walk or a sometimes unreliable bus service. the food at the hotel restaurant was not up to the standard of other places in the area.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of a quiet neighborhood, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The train station is very close, providing easy access to surrounding areas. Additionally, it's just a short downhill walk to the sea, offering a beautiful view. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good shower and some even have fantastic views. The staff is friendly and attentive, catering to guests' needs.

One small downside is that the restaurant food can be a bit average and lacking in flavor compared to other local restaurants.

We had a great time staying in Sant'Agnello. The hotel was conveniently located, allowing us easy access to Pompeii and Naples. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and great views. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The hotel also offered amenities such as a pool and terrace, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The noise from the nearby road was a bit bothersome at times.
