We had an amazing stay at Ama 18 Rooms! the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, providing us with great recommendations for local food, bars, and attractions. We especially loved the cafe downstairs, where the staff remembered our coffee order and served delicious croissants. the location of the property was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station, making it easy for us to explore Como, Bellagio, and even take a day trip to Milan. the room itself was beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. We highly recommend Ama 18 Rooms to anyone visiting this area!

Excellent location near the historical city center, renovated and comfortable apartment. Municipality parking opposite the building. Close to old town, with a great bar downstairs for breakfast. The breakfast included a super fresh croissant of choice, coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, and a cheese and ham toastie. Staying at this accommodation was the perfect choice for our 6-day travel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was new, modern, clean, and well-equipped. The patio was nice for breakfast and aperitivo. The location was also within walking distance to the cathedral and the lake. Public parking was available along the road near the hotel. it was a mind-blowing experience - thank you!

Our room was not cleaned for the entire 5 days, and we were not given fresh towels. We had to even go and get our own toilet paper.
