We had a wonderful stay at a modern and hip hotel with a great pool area. the staff at Ixaya were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the balcony. the location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Versailles neighborhood, and it was also a quick walk to the Soriana. Parking inside the facility's gate was convenient. we had an amazing experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

My room at Ixaya was initially without a window, but the staff quickly moved us to a balcony room upon request. Even though the balcony rooms were a bit noisy due to the busy street, I enjoyed the fresh air. The big bathroom provided ample space, and I appreciated the daily complimentary bottles of water. The pool area was a peaceful spot for relaxation, and the shared fridge was a convenient amenity for guests.

The traffic noise from the hotel's location on two busy streets was quite loud, even with the ear plugs provided. It would have been helpful if the website mentioned the lack of windows in certain rooms.

I also loved the relaxing pool area and the fact that there was a shared fridge for all the guests. the staff was knowledgeable and check-in was a breeze. the location was fairly good, with the beach within walking distance.
