We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that added to the holiday charm. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the main attractions and the train station. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was not free, and the signal was weak in the rooms.

The hotel had a quirky ancient lift that added to its charm. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in Florence.
