Located near the train station, we were within walking distance of all the attractions of this beautiful city. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking a charming courtyard. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring hidden gems in the city. The breakfast was satisfactory and the WiFi worked well in public areas.

The towels were only changed every three days, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the hot summer days.

Check-in/out was a breeze. Location is super handy for getting around. Spacious room with clean facilities. Delicious breakfast and reliable wifi. Transformative and comfortable place to call home.

Additionally, their exceptional customer service continued even after we checked out, as they promptly informed us about a camera my mother had left behind and even shipped it to us. Het hotel was gemakkelijk te bereiken met de auto en parkeren was een eitje. Gelukkig was het openbaar vervoer natuurlijk vlakbij, dus ik kon makkelijk de stad verkennen zonder me zorgen te maken over druk verkeer. De kamer was super! Ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Het hotel bood natuurlijk een heerlijk ontbijt en het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

While there were many positive aspects of my stay, there were a couple of drawbacks. The soundproofing in the room was poor, as I could hear noise from the dining room and even people showering upstairs.

No one was there to greet us when we arrived. We had to wait for 30 minutes with no response.

The only thing I would have asked for is a little more assistance from the children working there. As a senior woman, sometimes I needed a bit of extra help with my luggage or navigating the city.

Loved the beautiful interior and friendly staff. The location was great, just a short walk to the river bus and close to local restaurants and bars. , it was a quick and easy walk to all the main sites in the city. The accommodation was comfortable and had excellent facilities, including a small terrace area. And the building itself was stunning, with a recently refurbished period style that added to the overall charm.

The only downside was the breakfast. While there were plenty of options, nothing stood out in terms of taste or quality.
