I had accidentally booked a room with just one double bed and I was traveling with my 2 children, but the owner was so kind he arranged to have a roll away bed put into our room so I wouldn’t have to be sandwiched between both my children! He was so accommodating and friendly, I really appreciate it! I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

I recently stayed at Apollo Guest House for a short visit to Florence. The room was beautiful and clean, with a lovely and comfy bed. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything. I loved the added amenities like the free tea and mini bar with affordable prices for red wine. The TV even had Netflix available. The balcony provided a nice outdoor space, despite the lack of scenery. Andrea, our host, was great and made us feel welcome. This boutique hotel truly had a nice feeling and high security.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything. Being just a short walk from the train station and near the bus station, it's perfect for exploring the city. The rooms with balconies provide a lovely spot to relax and take in the atmosphere. Additionally, having a kitchen in the room is a great bonus for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.
